TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA

The type of personal data furnished to our Group includes:-

name, age, identification number, passport number, address, gender, date of birth, family size, marital status, race, nationality, personal financial information;
Such other information required to process any transactions/matters between us including finalizing sale and purchase agreements of properties and/or any other agreements/contracts between us and/or any application from you and/or matters in compliance with statutory obligations and/or our requirements as employer from time to time,

Collectively "Personal Data" collected from and furnished and deemed to have been furnished to our Group and further deemed to have been consented by you.

Personal Data for the purpose of this Notice also includes personal data of third parties (for example your dependents) which we rely on you to have sufficiently obtained prior consent of such parties to enable us to process such Personal Data for the purposes set out herein.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you have provided to our Group will be used or processed by our Group for the following purposes:-

For us to fulfill your instruction and providing you with information about our services and products;
For us to process your application to purchase our products;
For us to perform marketing and customer survey and/or profiling activities as deemed necessary, in connection with our services and related products
For us to disseminate / distribute relevant notices, announcements of services and/or products, latest services or products, future products’ launches and current product promotional and/or any other information which is deemed relevant to you;

For us to disseminate to the relevant utility providers, solicitors, resident association, joint management body, management corporation and/or other professional service providers relevant to any transaction that may have with us;
For delivery of vacant possession, handing over of keys, property management, defect rectification works, and/or any other activities for the performance of sale and purchase of your property.
To comply with any federal / state / local government (including but not limited to quasi-governmental body(ies), organization registered under any laws of Malaysia) laws, bye-laws, ordinance, enactments and/or regulatory guidelines from time to time;
For any other purpose that is incidental, ancillary or in furtherance to the above purposes or what is deemed reasonable and necessary by our Group.

RIGHT TO ACCESS AND AMENDMENT

You have the right to access and amend the Personal Data furnished to our Group. If you wish to access and/or amend the Personal Data furnished to our Group or make a complaint in respect of the Personal Data furnished to our Group, you may send your request in writing to:-

TRANSFER AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

LLC shall transfer and share any of your personal data within its group companies, subsidiaries and/or appointed third parties whenever we deemed necessary or appropriate for the for the purpose of information storage, processing and/or providing any service or product to you.

The Personal Data provided to our Group may be disclosed to relevant third parties including:-

Any related companies and subsidiaries of LLC BERHAD at present or future establishment;
Our appointed business partners and third party service or product providers that provide related services or product connection with our business;
Third party property management companies/entities in respect of the management of property that you have purchased;
Our auditors, consultants, accountants, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers, deemed necessary for their business nature;
Any government agencies, quasi or semi-government and/or statutory authorities and industry regulators such as
1. Our auditors, consultants, accountants, solicitors;
2. Solicitors acting for the relevant counter party, Banks and State Authorities in respect of the such transactions/matters between us including sale and purchase transactions and/or any other agreements/contracts;
3. Town Council and other Local Authorities;
4. Indah Water Konsortium Sdn. Bhd.;
5. Utility Providers;
6. Other relevant bodies and Governmental Authorities;
7. Such bodies in compliance with the law and Order of a Court;

whichever applicable to process any transactions/matters between us including sale and purchase agreements of properties and/or any other agreements/contracts between us.

CHANGES TO OUR GROUP’S PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

This Personal Data Protection Notice may be revised from time to time to comply with changes in applicable laws and regulations as well as our Group’s policy and may be viewed at our Group’s website from time to time.
